  1. I recently was watching TV and heard an excerpt of “Pure Imagination” from the soundtrack of Gene Wilder’s 1971 classic, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. It reminded me of how much I love this song and the movie. I watched it as a kid and will never forget it. I refuse to watch Tim Burton’s remake, just for the record. I had to download the whole soundtrack from the movie. It is such a great piece of work, I have been listening to it a lot lately. So anyway, I just wanted to share that and I will post the song for anyone who hasn’t listened to it.
